Terms of Service

Listofer provides tools for managing e-commerce operations, including: connecting marketplace accounts (such as eBay), importing and researching products, generating listing content and images with artificial intelligence, publishing and revising listings, managing orders, buyer messages, offers and advertising campaigns, and operating a public storefront.

We may add, change or remove features at any time. Some features are only available on certain subscription plans or consume usage credits.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Listofer. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

If you invite team members to your store, you are responsible for the permissions you grant them and for their activity within your store.

When you connect a marketplace account (for example, eBay), you authorize Listofer to access that account and act on it on your behalf and at your direction — including creating, revising, publishing, withdrawing and ending listings, syncing orders and inventory, sending buyer messages and offers, and managing advertising campaigns.

You remain fully responsible for your marketplace accounts, including compliance with the marketplace's own policies, fees and legal requirements. Listofer is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay Inc. or any other marketplace.

Listofer uses artificial intelligence to draft titles, descriptions, item specifics, images and other content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before applying or publishing it, and for everything that is published to your listings and storefront.

Where the platform asks you to confirm an action (for example before publishing or rewriting live listings), that confirmation is your instruction to proceed.

You retain ownership of the content and data you bring to Listofer — product information, images, listings and store data. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate and provide the service, including sending relevant content to the third-party providers we use to deliver features (for example AI model providers and image processing).

You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

Paid plans and usage credits are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices, plan limits and credit consumption rates are shown in the product and may change with notice. Taxes may apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable.

You agree not to: use the service for unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent activity; list or sell prohibited, counterfeit or infringing items; misuse the AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content; interfere with or disrupt the service; attempt to access other users' data; resell or scrape the service; or circumvent usage limits, rate limits or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Listofer, other users or marketplaces.

The Listofer platform — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by Listofer and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to it beyond the limited right to use the service.

The service integrates with third-party services (such as eBay, Stripe and AI model providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate, or that using Listofer will produce any particular sales results, marketplace acceptance or ranking.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listofer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the service. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period will not exceed the amounts you paid to Listofer in that period.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You will indemnify and hold Listofer harmless from claims arising out of your content, your listings, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or of any marketplace policy or law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, legal risk or extended non-payment. Upon termination your right to use the service ends; listings already published on marketplaces remain on those marketplaces under your marketplace account and responsibility.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will provide reasonable notice (for example by email or an in-product notice). Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to another venue.
